About CleanTheVin

CleanTheVin is a catalogue of salvage vehicles from IAA Canada auctions — every vehicle listed here has a full, verified VIN.

Auction sites usually mask part of the VIN. Here, each VIN is recovered from the vehicle's own photos and accepted only after independent checks agree on every character and the VIN's built-in check digit passes. If a VIN can't be verified to that standard, the vehicle simply isn't listed.

For every vehicle you'll find the full photo set, condition details (damage, odometer, whether it runs and drives, keys, airbags, declarations), valuation figures, and the auction schedule. Prices are shown in US dollars, converted daily from Canadian dollars; the original CAD figure is shown alongside.

The catalogue updates continuously: new listings are picked up daily and vehicles stay available in the archive after their auction ends.
